Crypto deposits made via NowPayments are subject to blockchain finality — once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by Bifunder.

Incorrect deposits

If you send an unsupported asset or an incorrect amount to a generated deposit address, contact support immediately. We'll do our best to help, but recovery is not guaranteed.

Withdrawal fees

Network fees charged on withdrawals are non-refundable once a withdrawal has been processed.

Disputed transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account was made in error or without authorization, contact support right away with the transaction ID.
